Welcome to the Bylong Upper Public School website. We hope you enjoy your stay.
As well as the usual kinds of school website stuff - like lists of staff and contacts, newsletters and updates, pics of our pupils and their work and so on - we've tried to make the website more relevant to (and supportive of) the local community by "showing off" our bit of the world, providing info on some key local events (like the world-famous Bylong Mouse Races) and being a modest repository for items of interest with respect to local history.
Bylong Upper Public School is a CAP (Country Areas Program) school. CAP is a specific program that provides extra funding to assist schools and their communities to enhance the educational outcomes and opportunities for students living in geographically isolated areas.
